By using QVAIM websites or services, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

QVAIM provides subscription software for creating and managing digital assets and business workflows. Some products may be beta, limited or not yet available.

• You must provide accurate, current information and protect your login credentials.
• You are responsible for account activity unless you promptly report unauthorized use.
• You must have legal capacity to contract; users without full capacity must act through a legal guardian or representative.

You may not use QVAIM for illegal, deceptive or rights-infringing activity; malware, spam, unauthorized access, service disruption, fraud, violence, hate or privacy abuse.

We may restrict content or accounts for clear violations or lawful requests, taking the nature of the issue and affected rights into account.

You keep ownership of content you upload or create and grant QVAIM a limited license to process, host and display it only as needed to provide the service. You must hold the rights and permissions for content, brands and data you submit.

QVAIM software, designs, marks and proprietary components remain protected. These terms do not permit copying, resale or reverse engineering except where allowed by law or written agreement.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for review and verification before publishing or relying on it, especially in legal, financial, medical or professional contexts.

Do not submit sensitive or confidential data to AI features unless the feature is designed for it and you have the required legal basis and permissions.

Prices, fees and limits are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew based on the billing cycle and renewal can be disabled before the next charge. Applicable taxes and statutory fees are borne by the customer and invoices rely on submitted billing details.

Prices or features may change, with material changes communicated before they apply to a later billing period where required.

Some features may rely on hosting, AI, payment, messaging or domain providers. Their own terms apply, and availability may be affected by provider changes or outages. Integration does not mean QVAIM guarantees third-party services.

We aim to provide the service under the published SLA, but maintenance, incidents, force majeure and third-party services may affect availability. Features may be reasonably updated or retired, with an effort to notify users of material changes.

You may cancel under the Cancellation & Refund Policy. QVAIM may suspend or terminate for non-payment, misuse, legal violations or security threats, with a reasonable cure opportunity where circumstances allow.

After termination, access may be restricted following the stated retention period. Export your content before subscription expiry.

The service is provided with reasonable professional care but without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free operation or fitness for every purpose. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

To the extent allowed by law, QVAIM is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or data loss caused by misuse, unreviewed reliance on AI output or third-party services. Aggregate direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the previous twelve months unless law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We first seek to resolve complaints through support; unresolved disputes fall under the competent Saudi authorities and courts without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

We may update these terms as the service or applicable law changes. The revision date will be posted and material changes communicated through available channels. Questions: [email protected].
